Israel Health and Medical Industry Panel (IEI LS Board Survey Report, Main Hall)

The Life Sciences Division Directorate at the Israel Export Institute has recently conducted an industry survey focusing on the unique challenges faced by companies in this space.

The survey, sent to over 1000 companies, helped us to identify tools that will encourage business activity abroad, and expand business both in traditional and new target markets.

Our objective was also to encourage original thinking in the industry about how to approach these markets, and to create and manage strategic partnerships in target markets.  In addition, the survey identified potential platforms for cooperation in the areas of business, finance, regulations and more.

The Israel Export Institute will present significant findings in a strategic plan to strengthen the Life Sciences industry, and to create an eco-system that enables successful growth of medical device and tele-medicine companies in Israel and abroad.  The plan will establish and motivate healthy competition and create a supportive framework that enables these companies to reach their fullest potential around the word.

The Israel Health and Medical Industry Panel at MEDinISRAEL 2017 will present the efforts behind the survey along with specific recommendations of the directorate continued activity.
